Heavy-Duty 1/4 steel plate makes this Sprinter van rear step as durable as they come. We finish it with a high grip powder coat to seal it up and offer grip while stepping.
The step itself is easy to install - on our last time trial we did it in 7 minutes. It takes four bolts to assemble then two on each side of your hitch to mount. We recommend assembling before mounting and using two people to help hold it in place. You could, however, do it alone and piece it together as you go. The rear step is only for vehicles with the hitch in place. This step hides the hitch nicely as well.
